Message object TrivialMessage<X>(x) prints x.

The template parameter X must be output-streamable. The corresponding convenience function Utilities::trivial_message enables type-deduction of X .

Attention: Takes parameter x by (const) reference. The variation Utilities::TrivialMessageC takes x by value.
