A major project at the moment is a fan radio / audio adaptation of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, by Douglas Adams. The Dirk Gently Radio Series is created collaboratively online by the Douglas Adams Continuum. I take many roles in this, such as producer and one of the principal characters Richard MacDuff. This project was once chosen as the internet Critic's Choice in the UK newspaper The Independent.
I have also lead creation of an adaptation of the Hitchhiker's Guide short story Young Zaphod Plays it Safe which can also be found on the dirk gently page here.
I have recently ressurected a novel (!) written by a much younger Martin, and am updating it into a far-improved radio script. This is Matchstick in Space. Finally, I am involved in the Monkey Island Speech Project --- a project that seeks to use ScummVM technology and a multitude of voice actors to provide a voice soundtrack to the Secret of Monkey Island, in the style of e.g. Day of the Tentacle.
