Each TTCR is stored online and given a status such that each
member of staff can stay informed about their change request.
Here is the meaning of each status:

Code  Meaning
----  -------
-1    The TTCR is incomplete and thus cannot be processed.

 cs   The TTCR is currently being processed by computer science 
      administration. (computer science)

 ct   The TTCR is currently being processed by central timetabling
      administration.  Computer science administration is waiting for 
      a response. (central timetabling) 

 csr  A response from central timetabling is currently being processed
      by computer science administration. (computer science response)

 csc  The time table has successfully been updated with your TTCR
      (computer science complete)

 crh  Your TTCR has resulted in the following problem from central timetabling
      (see below).  Please let us know how you would like to handle this.
      For urgent cases, please contact us by telephone or in person.
      (change request on hold)

 crr   The change request has been resolved (change request resolved)

 cru   We were unable to update the timetable for the reason(s) shown.
      (change request unresolved)
