Forms must be sent in text format. Other formats will not be accepted. Failure to complete all fields on the form will result in an unfulfilled TTCR. (Note that once a TTCR has been resolved and the timetable has been updated, another TTCR is required to make another change. There is no simple "undo" button so-to-speak.) 1.
