Those wishing to make a Time Table Change Request (TTCR) are required
to fill in this form and send it as an attachment to 
r.s.laramee "at" swansea.ac.uk.  Forms must be sent in text 
format. Other formats will not be accepted.  Failure to complete 
all fields on the form will result in an unfulfilled TTCR.
(Note that once a TTCR has been resolved and the timetable has
been updated, another TTCR is required to make another change.
There is no simple "undo" button so-to-speak.)
